Senior Design Project Manager, Interior Design (Commercial)

Responsibilities The Senior Project Manager of Interior Design will lead and oversee all aspects of the interior design process across Related Ross’s large-scale, mixed-use and luxury development portfolio, with a primary focus on Hospitality, Retail and Office. This role is responsible for establishing and upholding interior design standards, managing internal and external design teams, and ensuring design excellence from concept through project completion. This individual will play a critical leadership role in guiding the concept, direction, oversight, and implementation of interiors, balancing creative vision with technical execution across all phases of design, documentation, procurement, and construction. The position requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in high-end interiors who can manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects while maintaining the highest level of design integrity. Working closely with top-tier interior designers, architects, and consultants, this role will collaborate cross-functionally with development, construction, marketing, leasing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive, market-leading environments.
