The Corporate Engineering Department services primarily the asphalt and emulsions division by providing an internal resource for routine engineering and maintenance work as well as specified project work. This is a senior technical / support position to the Corporate Engineering department of Ergon, Inc. The Senior Designer provides CAD / Plant 3D systems design support on project and maintenance engineering and construction activities as well as maintaining and updating facility master data. • Operate CAD systems and peripheral equipment to produce new drawings or modify existing drawings for review, approval, meetings, construction, and / or Maintenance / Engineering files as needed. • Assist in training CAD system users in the application of Ergon, Inc. drafting standards and ensure the standards are followed.
