Senior Designer

Ficarra Design Associates, an award winning, luxury Interior Design firm in Naples, is seeking a creative Senior Designer to join our design team. Eligible candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in high-end residential design that includes ground up construction and full-scale renovations. Working with the Principal, and other designers, the Senior Designer is a key creative contributor to all phases of our projects. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be a proactive self-starter who is goal and detail-oriented, have strong communication and management skills, be a team player who loves to collaborate but also works independently when needed. Responsibilities include: Lead client meetings and presentations Oversee all phases of the design process from concept to completion Develop floor plans and design all interior architecture and detailing Oversee process of gathering quotes and creating accurate design proposals Source furniture, fabrics, fixtures and finishes in line with client needs and establish budget guidelines Attend on-site visits and field reviews as well as provide direction to builders and trades with a focus on design implementation and quality control Required work experience: At least 3-5 years experience working within a high-end residential design firm Benefits: Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience, salary range is 85-250k annually Insurance benefits included Generous paid vacation time Maternity leave All phone and mileage expenses paid Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: Naples, FL 34102 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Naples, FL 34102: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
