Senior Designer

At Floor & Decor, we are looking for a Senior Designer to lead our design team in Raleigh, NC. We require a design education (BA or AA in Interior Design) or six years of interior design experience in lieu of education, or a combination of education and experience equal to six years. Prior retail or sales experience is preferred, and knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus. You should be proficient in basic mathematical skills, self-motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. ## Working Environment and Physical Requirements
