Senior Designer / Design Operations Manager

The ideal candidate is passionate about design and equally comfortable leading client presentations, developing exceptional interiors, preparing proposals and design agreements, managing procurement, coordinating construction, mentoring team members, buying for the showroom, participating in marketing initiatives, and helping oversee the daily operations of the firm. Extensive hands-on experience managing every phase of luxury residential projects—from client consultation through design, construction coordination, procurement, installation, and project completion. Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, showroom merchandising, project profitability, and business operations.
