The Opportunity

We are hiring a rock star Designer to lead interiors and floor plans in front of our clients. This is a client-facing leadership role: you will own the design conversation from first concept through final selections, guiding homeowners through floor plan development, finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, and the thousand details that separate a good home from a remarkable one. What You'll Do

Lead the design relationship with clients — present concepts, guide selections, and be the confident, trusted voice in the room on interiors and floor plans. Develop and refine floor plans for luxury renovations, new builds, and custom guest homes, balancing beauty, flow, and buildability. Curate interior finish packages: cabinetry, tile, stone, plumbing and lighting fixtures, flooring, paint, and millwork details. Produce renderings and visualizations that help clients see and feel the finished home before ground breaks. Partner closely with builders, trades, architects, and vendors to keep design intent intact from concept through punch list. Manage selection timelines, budgets, and documentation so nothing falls through the cracks. Contribute to a strong team culture — share ideas generously, raise the bar, and help teammates win. What You Bring

A very strong eye for design, with a portfolio that proves it in the luxury residential space. A track record of consistent growth and progressive responsibility in a custom home design center or comparable environment (design-build firm, high-end interiors studio, or luxury builder). Self-starter mentality — you set the pace, chase the details, and don't wait to be handed the next step. Genuine passion for delighting the customer; you treat the client experience as part of the design. Comfort and presence leading client meetings on interiors and floor plans. Fluency across the full Microsoft OWice suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Collaborative, low-ego approach and a real appetite for team culture. Willingness to travel to client homes and job sites across the greater Phoenix area, with reliable transportation and a valid Arizona driver's license. Preferred Qualifications

College degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Houzz Pro. Proficiency in rendering and visualization tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, Enscape, or similar. Experience working directly alongside builders and trades on active job sites. Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and portfolio, plus a performance incentive tied to selections volume and project margin (target 15–25% of base).
