They are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Designer / Sales Consultant to join their boutique Miami showroom. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is ideal for a design professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering a truly exceptional, white-glove experience. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the full design journey, from initial consultation and site measurement through to detailed design, pricing, ordering, and project coordination, ensuring every project is executed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities • Deliver a 5-star client experience through in-showroom and in-home consultations • Assess client needs, take field measurements, create designs, and place orders • Design kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, and custom furniture.
