Senior Designer / Studio Manager

We are expanding our creative team and seeking a Senior Designer / Studio Director who will lead a portfolio of projects from concept through final installation, manage our skilled and talented junior design staff, and work directly with our Chief Creative Officer + Founder on the day-to-day operations of our design studio. The ideal candidate is an experienced interior designer who leads by example — bringing creativity, technical expertise, and strong leadership while ensuring every project reflects Krywicki Interior Design's commitment to timeless design, exceptional service, and meticulous execution. - Establish the design direction for each project, including space planning, finish selections, custom detailing, lighting, and FF&E. - Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring projects remain on track. - Execute, review, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and design documentation for accuracy and quality.
