Candidate must reside in the Dallas Area and be able to commute to Dallas office on a hybrid, flexible schedule. • Business development experience, can pitch and present • Thorough understanding of schedules, consultant coordination, and project budget • Knowledge of contract writing best practices and the ability to identify risk mitigation strategies • Ability to design multiple projects of a similar scope • Ability to manage Design teams • Proficiency in Revit required • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing • Ability to effectively meet deadlines • Positive solution-oriented management approach • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design • Design Certification required • Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
