Senior Designer Workplace Interiors

We seek a Senior Designer with exceptional design skills and a portfolio of innovative solutions emphasizing workplace interior projects. As a Gensler Senior Designer in our Charlotte office, you will combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills to produce functionally beautiful spaces for a full range of clients. You will possess exceptional conceptual design skills and lead design teams, develop next‑generation talent, and help clients redesign what’s possible. 10–15 years of diverse interiors experience with an emphasis on workplace design. Location This role is not remote or hybrid; the position is based in our Charlotte office in Uptown.
