Senior Director, Interior Design (Luxury)

 Leads the design process working closely with internal stakeholders, with focus on efficiency, cost effectiveness and accountability in producing Interior Design projects reflecting current Interior Design trends and hotel brand standards.  Partners with internal stakeholders to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to drive the business needs of the brands in support of their strategic growth goals.  Responsible for development and adherence to department and project budgets.  Develops strategic relationships with owners and franchisees to promote and influence the MI Interior Design services and philosophy.  Strong people/project management skills  Excellent presentation skills  Ability to create and inspire a team environment.
