Senior Graphic Designer / Marketing Maven, Full-TimeLocation: Ann Arbor, MIWe are currently seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic and experienced marketer to join our team. This position is full-time with salary + benefits, and is in-person in our Ann Arbor, MI office. The responsibilities outlined below are applicable to all three parts of our company: Interior Design & Decoration Studio, Gallery, and Trade Showroom, and include, but are not limited to:Job DescriptionResponsible for marketing, graphic design, social media, photography, video, video editing, copy writing, email blasts, collateral design and production, and event planning and executionDesign and produce all internal and external facing marketing materials and sales collateralDeep understanding of visual communication principles to create and execute quality templates and graphics, on-brand copywriting, photography, video, motion graphicsManage content calendar, including creating email and social media contentUpdate website and online shop as neededLead the planning and execution of company marketing events and functionsServe as the primary point of contact for outside PR firm, ad agency, and/or marketing consultantsTrack goals and metrics on a monthly basis across all marketing channels in order to evaluate progress toward company wide goalsManage team members across all parts of the company in their efforts to take images that can be used to support various marketing effortsOversee online advertising effortsAssist with professional photoshoots and stylingJob Requirements5+ years experience working in a holistic marketing role with an emphasis on original content production (graphic design, photography, copywriting)Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including social media posts, videos, and email contentExperience working in the interior design industry is not required, but candidates with this experience will be given preferential considerationMust be passionate about interior designWillingness to study, learn and apply the CLOTH & KIND aestheticProactive self-starter and highly motivatedExcellent communication skillsExceptional project management, organizational skills, and sharp attention to detailCapable of meeting tight deadlinesWillingness to work beyond normal business hours as neededAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamDesire to work in a fast-paced, fun and collaborative environmentComfortable with a variety of types of technology and software applications including, but not limited to: Google Apps, Asana, Squarespace, Shopify, Klaviyo, Later, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, All major social media platformsMust have a current and valid driver's license, as well as own and have daily access to a car for job related travelExcellent professional and personal referencesCompensation & BenefitsSalary - Commensurate with experienceBenefits - Health, dental, and optical with an employer contribution; 401K eligibility after one year; employer paid short term disability insurance, cell phone reimbursementApplySubmit your cover letter, resume, and portfolio to [email protected]
