Performs field reviews, inspections, and observations of ongoing construction projects to ensure projects adhere to architectural plans. • The ability to work with a broad range of institution clients and develop positive client relations is required. A high degree of competency is required in CAD and graphics software packages, including Integrated Workplace Information Management (IWMS) or Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems such as Planon or Archibus, as well as database, spreadsheet, and word processing software • 8+ years total of relateddesignexperience • NCIDQ certification is a plus • EDAC Certification is a plus • LEED and/or WELL accreditation is a plus • Previous experience in Healthcare is a plus Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
