Senior Higher Education Interior Designer

The firm is ranked... 37th in Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) Top 500 Design Firms survey and is 11th in its transportation category. • The ability to work with a broad range of institution clients and develop positive client relations is required. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field from an accredited university • Minimum of five (5) years related experience in architectural planning and design • Minimum of two (2) years practical CADD experience • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in space planning, architecture, facilities management, real estate, or space information management are required • A high degree of competency is required in CAD and graphics software packages, including Integrated Workplace Information Management (IWMS) or Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems such as Planon or Archibus, as well as database, spreadsheet, and word processing software • 8+ years total of related design experience • NCIDQ certification is a plus • EDAC Certification is a plus • LEED and/or WELL accreditation is a plus • Previous experience with Higher Education projects a plus.
