Senior Hospitality Interior Designer

Interior Design (Hospitality) Senior Designer and Business Development Lead Needed Compensation +$100K Location: Phoenix, AZ Nationally recognized Interior Design Firm is looking for the right person to help build and manage the Hospitality segment of our successful design business. • Drive sales in the hospitality interior design segment • Work with the Design Director and Principal Designer — from schematic design through construction and installation • Provide holistic designs that consider scale, materials, colors, textures, lighting, furniture and sustainability • Create impressive client presentations created in Autocad, Revit and Sketchup to clearly communicate concepts • Prepare construction documents, technical interior architectural details and selection/ specification of finish materials and furniture • Professional degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from a CIDA- accredited university • 5 - 7 years professional experience with NCIDQ and LEED accreditation preferred • High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and InDesign • Ability to efficiently prepare budgets for all types of projects, including FF&E and Project Management • Experience in hospitality, commercial and multi-family projects • Full-time • Commensurate with experience, base salary & commission can exceed $100K
