A boutique Hospitality firm is looking for a Senior Interior Designer with a strength in FF&E to lead Hotel projects. Ideal candidate MUST have experience working in Hotel Design for 5+ years and must also have experience in a leadership position! • Lead a team of 3 younger designers and collaborate with the Senior IA. • Create furniture layout, matricies, coordinate specs, assemble spec binders/packages/schedules, create custom furniture, monitor procurement/ordering • Mentor and redline the junior designers' work • Nuture client relationships • Produce deliverables including client presentations efficiently • Work to meet project deadlines and keep them within budget • Role is part design and part project management. Skills & Requirements • Bachelor or master's degree in interior design/interior architecture.
