Who You Are You are a proactive and creative problem-solver with strong design leadership skills, as well as a good communicator who builds lasting relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors while balancing the demands of multiple projects at various stages of development. 10+ years of work experience in an architectural or interior design firm on large commercial office, mixed-use, civic, academic, cultural, or other complex projects. Experience in all phases of Architectural services from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation and Construction Administration desired. Licensure or Interior Design Accreditation (or pursuit of) is desired.
