Senior Interior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Architect to join our growing team and lead the development, documentation, and coordination of Interior Architecture across a portfolio of high-end residential work.This role is ideal for a highly organized, technically sophisticated, and design-focused professional who enjoys collaborating across disciplines while maintaining ownership of project delivery and construction documentation. The Senior Interior Architect will be responsible for leading the development, documentation, and coordination of Interior Architecture packages from Concept Design through Construction Administration. Working closely with the Architectural team and the FF&E Department, the Senior Interior Architect will lead project delivery for the entire Interior Architecture scope, including space planning, finish selections, millwork design, lighting coordination, plumbing coordination, appliance integration, hardware coordination, and construction detailing. Own and manage the complete Interior Architecture drawing package from Concept Design through Construction Administration. Strong technical detailing and construction documentation expertise.
