• Must have strong technical skills with BOTH Revit & CAD. • Must have previous Experience in Hospitality Interior Design in lead design role with strong visionary skills. • Able to work in all phases of Interior Design including Interior Construction Documentation & Submissions • Minimum of 12 + years of Interior Design industry experience with hospitality interiors and other project types and have an exceptional knowledge of detailing and Interior construction practices. • The ideal candidate takes design and planning initiative and is accountable for his or her own actions in the implementation of the interior design for a project that is constructable and able to be within the anticipated budget.
