We are looking for a skilled Senior Interior Engineer to join our team. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality interior components and systems for vehicles. About Us Responsibilities • Design and develop high-quality interior components and systems • Create industry-leading products with luxurious features, excellent craftsmanship, and superior performance • Contribute to the packaging, engineering, release, and launch of these components and systems • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, prioritizing the greater benefit of the vehicle above individual systems • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery Requirements • Automotive experience with at least 5 years of demonstrated expertise as an Interior Components and Systems development lead • Knowledge and understanding of automotive Interior Components and Systems industry benchmark, trends, and supplier competencies • Experience creating/improving/establishing technical product specifications and timelines to achieve accelerated development cycles towards SOP • Proficiency in using CAD software to create 2D/3D concept drawings, interior components and systems, packaging layouts, and DFM studies (CATIA V5/V6 preferred) • Vehicle and product launch experience
