This innovative, design-oriented hotel developer is looking to hire a bright energetic self-starter with 7 -10 years of interior design experience. • Should have a broad range of computer skills – should be familiar with using programs specifically related to Design & Construction/ FFE Procurement industries as well as be able or willing to use and develop progressive business managerial IT tools. • Generate bid analysis & produce project budgets as it pertains to FF&E items • Review product specifications as issued by outside interior design firms to provide feedback re: durability as well as aesthetic changes as needed • Conduct on-site review of items as they are delivered/installed and oversee punch list review at the properties
