This individual will be responsible for leading interior design efforts on multiple projects, mentoring junior designers, and participating in business development activities. Responsibilities • Oversee all phases of projects, from planning and conceptual design through construction administration • Develop and implement effective design strategies to meet client needs • Collaborate with architects and designers on award-winning projects • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field • 7+ years of interior design experience • NCIDQ or CID accreditation or currently working towards credentials • Strong leadership and communication skills • Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Benefits
