As a Senior Interior Design Lead, you will help shape the design vision for world-class hospitality, gaming, entertainment, and mixed-use projects while mentoring team members and collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and project teams. Responsibilities Degree in Interior Design or related field.10+ years of professional experience in hospitality, gaming, or commercial interior design.Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation software.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.Strong knowledge of construction documentation, detailing, and industry standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.NCIDQ certification and/or professional registration preferred.
