Senior Interior Design Lead & Client Advocate

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who is a creative thinker and design leader.Our approach is to produce highly differentiated designs for every project, so being a good leader to the client and team through a collaborative approach is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are needed to engage with the client and become their trusted advisor. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will also be responsible for creating a project work plan for the interior scope, including scope definition, staffing, Interior budget analysis, client and consultant contracts, documentation of client goals and expectations, internal and consultant team management, fee proposals, additional services requests when appropriate, and monitoring project profitability.
