Senior Interior Design Manager

• Manage projects from conception through construction and completion. • Develop and manage design schedule for prompt deliverables and successful achievement of milestone dates (example: concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, completion of model room design, issuance of FF&E schedule and specification for procurement, FF&E installation, etc.) • Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications,building codes, and other applicable jurisdictional/statutory requirements. • Collaborate with other internal team members for successful deliverables and work oversight, sometimes as design lead and other times as design support as necessary. • Proven ability to manage design deliverables on schedule.
