A company is looking for a Senior Interior Design Manager/Team Lead - Systemization & Strategy. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor team members, managing training, development, and performance evaluations Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and manage design strategy initiatives Act as primary contact with stakeholders, ensuring project success through quality design standards and client satisfaction Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Graphic Design preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience Experience with Google apps Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Preferred experience in staffing, training, and performance management Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
