Senior Interior Design Project Lead

Responsibilities • Works with senior project managers to establish project staffing needs, team requirements, and administrative tasks such as hiring, manpower, quality assurance, office technology, and billing. • Develops solutions and creates project designs and plans, preparing presentation and design drawings. • Participates in design development, documentation, specification, and supervision phases, ensuring cost control and effective project budget management. • Provides direction to lower-level interior designers, overseeing employee utilization, performance reviews, goal setting, and intern development. • Maintains contact with trade organizations and product representatives to stay up-to-date on current material and product requirements.
