Job Title: Senior Interior Design Project Manager "> • This position requires a high-level of expertise in overseeing office space buildouts, reconfigurations, and management for the Air Force Special Operations Command beddown at Davis-Monthan AFB. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in design strategies for new construction projects and renovation of existing building interiors, as well as architectural and space planning solutions including preparation of architectural drawings. Maintenance of project costs, tasks, milestones, and deadlines is also a critical aspect of this role. The individual must coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for quality control and assurance inspections and surveys, developing project briefings and presentations for senior management, and collaborating with project team members to ensure compliance with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and safety, and Agency requirements.
