Senior Interior Design Professional

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in guiding our design process and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Development Team to plan, schedule, and allocate resources for projects • Maintain and review project development schedules; used as both our process guidelines and checklist • Regularly meet with the team to set deadlines, review dashboards, and clarify next steps To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: • Experience: 15+ years, with at least 10 yrs focused on single-family residential remodeling • Education/Certs: Degree in Interior Design and/or certification as a registered Interior Designer • Technical Skills: Proficient in Chief Architect, Microsoft Office, experience with Revit, SketchUp a plus • Knowledge: Strong understanding of building practices, code, architectural styles, design best-practice, materials, and trends • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and client management abilities
