Senior Interior Designer

Elsie Home is an interior design firm offering full-service residential and commercial design. We are looking for a super talented Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team! Responsibilities • Manages 6-10 projects through all phases of design from client on-boarding through installation • Oversees all client project deliverables, deadlines and managing of budget and time billing goals • Leads and executes project design concept and sources all furniture and finish selections to align with Elsie Home aesthetic • Creates floor plans, elevation drawings + spec books for Construction Binder • Responsible for product pricing, design presentation creation and client presentation set-up • Presents client design presentation alongside Principal Designer • Communicates with vendor relationships and receiving warehouse • Handles client communication and bi-weekly email updates throughout the entire project regarding all design-related items • Attends job site meetings independently and handles communication with construction team and trades • Leads and manages preparation and execution of project installs Qualifications • 5-7 years of residential and/or commercial interior design experience (2 years of experience in similar role + responsibilities) • Expert in AutoCAD and some working experience with Google Suite (Canva and HouzzPro are a plus) • Expert knowledge of construction materials and trade resources • Self motivated and thrives in a team environment • Displays professional communication skills and embodies a 5 star customer service attitude • Must be available to work from our office in El Segundo, CA for a minimum of 3 days per week • Able to lift 50 lbs and has reliable transportation • 30-40 hours per week
