THE ROLE: As a Senior Designer at Shea, you'll collaborate with other designers, architects, and team members in developing creative solutions through all phases of design, approaching each project with a strategic mindset to help our clients reach their goals. In a senior role, you'll apply your advanced knowledge and experience to elevate your projects, as well as uplift the team around you from guiding Junior Designers and ensuring a high-level of detail to thoroughly reviewing presentations and submitted work. The ability to merge those design skills with an understanding of consumer experience and design of space to bring brands and experiences to life.
