JMT Architecture has an immediate opening for an Interior Designerto join our growing studio in Hunt Valley, MD that embraces work-life balance within a flexible working environment. The candidate for this position will work in collaboration with the Interior Design and Architecture groups to provide services in all Design Studios. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. Coordinate and collaborate with furniture vendor through ordering and installation of materials Manage client expectations and consultant coordination Produce design drawings in AutoCAD & Revit Knowledge of current building codes Nonessential functions and responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned Required SkillsProficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Revit Strong organizational and time management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Collaborative and professional work ethic Ability to work well in teams andwithmultiple disciplines Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficiencyin Creative Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign is preferred Required ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture 10+ years of work experience Licensed Interior Designer CID (in Maryland) Preferred Experience Experience with computer-assisted design software such as Enscape Working Conditions JMT Architecture offers a hybrid work schedule. within the office environment.
