About the role The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for producing high quality design projects alongside the Principal, supporting firm-wide initiatives, and helping to manage and nurture our clients. An entrepreneurial spirit and a keen eye for detail needed to thrive in this creative, fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead on multiple design projects at once, including conceptual design, space planning, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met. * In collaboration with the Principal, lead the selection of hard finishes, FF&E;, and presentation documentation for the majority of all client meetings. Qualifications/Skills: * 7-10+ years of relevant interior design experience; with the majority of time spent on high-end residential projects preferred.
