YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Team lead on design projects including conceptual design, space planning, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation to ensure deadlines and Client expectations are met. * In collaboration with the Principal, lead the process of selections and drawings as well as presentation decks for Client meetings. * Manage and mentor the design team throughout the design process to ensure accuracy as well as professional growth from redlining to day-to-day feedback. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong ability to formulate budgets and track budgets. * Proficient in iOS and PC preferred as well as GSuite - Docs/Sheets/Slides.
