Responsibilities • Collaborate on the design of projects from pre-design to construction administration • Mentor junior staff and foster an environment of learning and collaboration • Lead internal project reviews and provide constructive feedback • Contribute to the development of Construction Documents and specifications • Participate in marketing and business development activities • Generate design support tools and engage in firm research and development projects Qualifications • 10 years of commercial design experience • NCIDQ (or equivalent) license • Strong time management skills • Active involvement in relevant Campus market sector organizations
