Senior Interior Designer

The Senior Interior Designer will lead their own residential design projects with the guidance of the Principal from concept through completion. ​ Qualified candidates should have 7-10+ years of in-depth experience within the architectural interior design process. Must be an ambitious self-starter willing to take initiative within a diverse range of projects while operating in a fast-paced environment. ​ Primary responsibilities include: ​ \\- Lead and manage multiple project at the same time \\- Team lead on their own residential design projects including initial consults, site measures/ documentation, conceptual & schematic design, space planning, design development, & construction documentation to ensure deadlines & client requirements & expectations are met \\- Own and manages drafting from concept through permitting/ build-set \\- Communicates regularly with internal staff, clients, & vendors \\- In collaboration with the Principal, leads the procurement of all interior finish materials, FF&E;, & presentation documentation for Client meetings \\- Conduct Client meetings from concepts, to job site visits and installation. \\- Work with and cultivate relationships with external consultants, vendors, reps, and fabricators.
