Senior Interior Designer - Cities & Places

• Directs the implementation of projects through all the phases of design; programming, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development and construction documentation / administration, when warranted. • Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans. • Strong knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED and WELL/FitWELL guidelines. • Ability to effectively coordinate with internal interior, architectural and engineering team members is required. Nice-to-haves • Active participation in professional organizations is preferred.
