Senior Interior Designer

Strong understanding of multifamily interior design process from programming through construction administration and FF&E. • Leads preparation of designs and documentation with minimal oversight from Director of Interior Design. • Production of design presentations for client review at various stages of the project Prepares interior design construction documents • Takings field measurements of existing conditions • Leads interior design portions of construction phase services, including field observation, submittal review, and answering RFIs. • Assists Director of Interior Design with project and staff scheduling.
