Senior Interior Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION Anyon Interior Design seeks for an experienced Senior Designer to join our fun, thriving team. • Work closely with Principal as a creative lead on projects (typically four- five large projects, with additional smaller/near completion projects) • Develop design schemes, floor plans, presentation boards, as well as lead client meetings with Principal • Manage all phases of projects from conception through installation, including but not limited to: client meetings, CAD drawings, space planning, sourcing, procurement, and scheduling as well as liasoning with construction and architectural teams • Project management - act as the client’s point of contact while overseeing a design team and delegating tasks accordingly • Liaison with accounting team to maintain project budgets • Oversee client proposals and correspond with clients on design intent and project progress • Lead design team that maintains finish schedules, specifications, matrixes, and shop drawings • Oversee issues with contractors, vendors, and clients until a solution is found • Oversee associate and junior level designer on team • Work with our procurement specialist to follow up on deliverables JOB REQUIREMENTS • 5+ years of experience in interior design, including construction and renovation projects • Degree in Interior Design or related field • Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Studio Designer, Google Suite • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines • A high taste level and extensive knowledge of the high-end design market • Highly presentable, intelligent, and discreet with an outgoing, upbeat, and confident demeanor • Attention to detail and follow- through, a must • Impeccable communication, interpersonal and organizational skills • A proactive and teamwork-focused attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Must have a car ABOUT OUR COMPANY Anyon is a full-service, high-end residential interior design studio. This is a full-time, hybrid remote/in-office position. The candidate will be expected to come into our design studio for client meetings, team meetings, and material reviews. Please note that the Anyon team staggers office time accordingly and takes all Covid precautions.
