Senior Interior Designer

Seeking talented, motivated & driven design professional to join our growing team as a FF&E; Design Director We are a fast-paced hospitality solutions provider working with several hotel brands ensuring our client the best product within specified budgets. We are immediately hiring meticulous, detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication, follow-up and project coordination skills. What we are looking for • Interior Design Director or Architect with 3-5 years of experience as Interior Designer or Project Designer in Workplace, Hotels and or Multifamily Residential • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture • Significant experience in selections, coordination and completion of FF&E; specifications is required, preferably in the hospitality industry • Experience in graphic rendering, selecting materials and finishes for FF&E; • Thorough understanding of the preparing specifications and preliminary budget of FF&E; consultants to resolve issues • Ability to review submittals, manage project timelines, schedules, resources, and project budget • Experience with FF&E; installation coordination during construction administration phase • Ability to mentor and direct junior team members during the FF&E; process and collaborate effectively with peers • Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides coordination guidance to team and consultants • Excellent client presentation and writing skills • Passion for design and technological sophistication and self-starting, energetic creatives • Excellent Autocad, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FF&E; software, and Microsoft Office skills • Fluent in written and spoken English • Valid work permit (USA) or we accept candidates that require sponsorship What we prefer • Experience with Autocad, ERP softwares and preferably Specs • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Experience with broad, cross-disciplinary project teams • Experience in client interaction and in an energetic, fast based environment • Experience in construction document preparation, bid review, and field observation in renovation and new development/ground-up large-scale projects What we offer • Competitive salary • Health Plan • Dental Plan • Vision Plan • Life Insurance • Supplemental Insurance • Personal Time • Paid Holidays • 401(k) Plan • Travel Allowance • Reallocation benefits if required • Visa Sponsorship • Lunch and learns for career development and licensure maintenance • Leadership opportunities within the organization Qualified applicants should address their Resume (required), portfolio in PDF format, letters of recommendation to [email protected].
