DESIGN FIRM Requirements include: • Minimum 7 years of experience as a residential interior designer in ground up construction with complex, full- cycle project design and management in high-end residential interiors. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to work with a team of passionate designers, and principals. • Knowledge of custom furniture design is a strong plus. We are seeking talented candidates with excellent leadership and team facilitation skills, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate intent, plans, status, issues, alternatives, solutions, and to resolve conflicts. The candidate must be a strategic thinker who pays attention to detail but also is a self-starter.
