We value you as a person, strive for work/life balance, try to do great design work and have fun (most of the time) while doing it. -Working directly with clients and acting as primary contact in a number of projects -Working directly with the principal and the rest of the design team to collaborate and execute both short and long term design projects -Strong knowledge of construction documents, e.g. floor plans, elevations, lighting plans, etc.
