Senior Interior Designer Job at Oho Interiors in Minneapolis

This role is full‑time and will require the ability to travel. Responsibilities include: drafting technical drawings (including floor plans, elevations, and custom furniture plans), sourcing materials & selections for Oho’s various new construction, renovation & furnishing projects, preparation for client presentations, consistent communication with Oho’s clients, development of construction documentation, working directly with Oho’s Procurement Coordinator on pricing & proposal development in Studio Designer, direct communication and coordination with our build team partners & clients to ensure Oho’s designs can be (and are being) executed on site, surveying existing sites and helping with installations + styling. You have a minimum of 5 years of design experience in a Design Firm setting with Dedicated Experience & Knowledge in Leading and Project Managing Large-Scale, Highly Custom, Residential Construction Projects Together with the Principal Designer, lead the creative and conceptual stages of the projects. We believe in collaboration, creativity in all aspects of a project and have uncommonly high standards.
