Senior Interior Designer

We have an immediate opening for a senior interior designer in Pasadena office to work on custom home projects that involve assignments of substantial variety and complexity. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): • Develop presentation materials, including 3D renderings, sketches, diagrams, layouts, and details that effectively communicate design intent • Must have experience in Luxury custom homes. • Participate in project meetings and record meeting outcomes • Develop finish materials packages and Furniture Furnishings and Equipment (FF&E;) packages for projects, including production of furniture plans, researching, selecting, customizing, and producing complete specifications • Oversee the firm’s resource materials library, including coordinating & scheduling vendor visits and keeping resources current.
