Senior Interior Designer

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The Interior Designer will play a key role in transforming spaces through innovative design solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and adhering to project budgets and timelines. Responsibilities • Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with client needs and preferences • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using software such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite • Oversee the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution during renovation or remodeling phases • Prepare budgets, proposals, contracts, and oversee project management activities including scheduling and resource allocation • Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure design specifications are met • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for professional development • Stay updated on industry trends in lighting sales, interior design innovations, and construction techniques • Knowledge of project management principles including budgeting, contracts, and client communication • Strong understanding of lighting sales and lighting design principles for residential or commercial spaces • Experience with renovation and remodeling projects from concept through construction completion • Excellent skills in CAD drafting, color theory application, space planning, and construction documentation • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members
