Senior Interior Designer

As a Senior Interior Designer at SHP, you'll provide design leadership across multiple complex projects, shaping interior environments that are thoughtful, functional, and deeply connected to architectural intent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design excellence, collaboration, and people leadership and who wants to make a lasting impact on both projects and the interior design practice. Experience Extensive experience leading integrated design projects within an architecture or A/E firm. Experience mentoring others and fostering a collaborative, inclusive studio culture.
