Their NY team is now seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury residential projects with their creative clientele. Key Responsibilities: \\- Lead high-end residential projects from the first concept meeting with a client through to post-construction \\- Oversee space planning and the development of design documentation \\- Work closely with the design team to execute the overall design intent \\- Attend site meetings and walkthroughs \\- Select and advise on appropriate materiality for various interior applications \\- Review shop drawings \\- Work closely with GC and other outside consultants at various stages of the design process Key Skills: \\- A degree in architecture, interior architecture or interior design \\- Significant experience leading luxury residential projects \\- Proficiency in CAD and Adobe CS \\- Strong understanding of design documentation and detailing \\- A deep understanding of bespoke FF&E; \\- Excellent communication and presentation skills \\- Significant experience in a client-facing role \\- Comfortable leading a team of designers If you would like to apply for this position, please reply directly to this posting with your resume.
