As the Senior Interior Designer, you will oversee projects from concept to installation, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited university • 8+ years of experience in Model Home interior design • NCIDQ and ASID members are preferred but not required • Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit experience is a plus • Experience with an understanding of architectural details and constructability • Strong knowledge of model home construction methods and materials • Experience with budget management – understands how to allocate budget and the appropriate use of vendors • Ability to read builder plans and comprehend • Ability to communicate designs verbally and written plus in presentations • Strong client relations and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel to job sites and the office when needed
