Senior Interior Designer (Level IV)

This position requires mastery of the Duet Design Group (DDG) design process, accountability for design documentation, and leadership in mentoring Junior Designers and Interns. Leadership and Team Collaboration: • Guided and mentored junior designers and interns, ensuring accurate and timely production of design documentation. • Collaborate closely with Principals to align project goals and design direction. • Produce project documentation with 95% accuracy, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. • Leverage vendor relationships to enhance project outcomes.
