Senior Interior Designer

We are a well-established, award-winning Design+Build residential remodeling company seeking a senior-level interior designer who understands how design decisions translate to construction. This role is for a designer who takes ownership from concept through construction and thrives in close collaboration with project managers and field teams. Designers remain actively involved through the construction phase, ensuring design intent is executed successfully in the field. Key Responsibilities • Work directly with clients to select all finishes and products required for construction, including tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, countertops, and related materials • Guide clients through in-person and online shopping for selections. • Track selections, approvals, and delivery status using BuilderTrend • Produce renderings and construction-ready drawings, finish plans, and elevations using Chief Architect • Participate in pre-construction and production handoff meetings • Conduct site visits and support the field by resolving design-related issues and maintaining design intent
